wear the HUD FULL BOM,

click in the blue arrow to go the page of the BOM for SKINS opions,

in the zone of SKINS click on the white botton leters green BOM,

wait various seconds, dont touch the others options of SKINS because this cancel the BOM,

If nothing changed be sure to check that you are on a sim with permissions to use scripts,

be sure the sim is not affected by lag if take a lot of time.

If you look the change and appears your own skin then, congratulations!, yo have the BOM system active.
